Our main priority at Polished is to ensure that every client leaves our business completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your experience and our services we urge you to notify the front desk or any manager on site to resolve any problems at that moment.
Walk in’s are always welcomed at Polished but to avoid any extended wait times, we always recommend making an appointment. When making an appointment it is best to elaborate on what you will be getting done (nail art, gel, nail shape, etc) so we can place you with the right technician and book the right amount of time so all appointments run smoothly and your experience with us is a relaxing one.
For insurance purposes and safety reasons, our Child Safety Policy requires that all children under the age of 10, must be supervised by an adult at all times and cannot be left in the reception area by themselves or accompany you while you are getting serviced unless they are getting serviced as well. We cannot assure their safety and we also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding!
We have a 10 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be given away and you may be considered a walk in. We try to accommodate everyone the best we can to minimize any wait time, so we thank you for your patience and understanding.
